Classes are offered on various days of the week and at various times of the day (see schedule). You simply pick the classes that are most convenient for you to attend. You should come to class 2 to 4 times each week. Classes are 50 to 60 minutes in length. Student attendance is monitored to insure an adequate training schedule and instructor encouragement is given as needed.

Fridays and Saturdays are T-Shirt days. Students may wear TaeKwondo
T-Shirts instead of uniform top.

Personal Training - Cross Training and individual sessions are encouraged.
TaeKwondo students may use the training facility for personal training anytime there is no scheduled class.
